Made from a flixi disc I found in a book I bought in a charity shop. An Adrian Sherwood remix of Tackhead - Technology Works. The flixi disc skipped a lot and that made all the samples. I added BASS, DRUMS, Synths and attitude!

Detroit resident Chrissie Clees sent me a tape she and her brother made messing around with their voices and an old tape machine where the mechanism started and stopped slowly, which warped the sounds recorded in to something new. The results were cut up re-sampled by Grimey Rob and added to a pounding Techno groove as spot FX and percussion. Pretty simple stuff but effective.

The vocal says "Come On In To Detroit, House Music". Enjoy the free music.
