Copyright and Trademarks

All music files on creationforge.com are the entire property of their relative Artists and the license is owned, except as expressly mentioned, by the Artist himself.
Owners of the copyrights have the right to do, or authorise others to do, various acts, and take action against those who carry out the acts without authorisation, i.e. infringe copyright. These restricted acts include copying, issuing copies to the public, and communication to the public by electronic transmission. Certain limited uses of copyright works are however, permitted without infringing copyright.

Service
Description of Service

creationforge.com is an independent shop for online music selling, created to promote artists and commercialise their works. All prices are set up by the Artist and splitted in an equitable way, between artists and CREATION FORGE Ltd. These works could be downloadable products as well as tangible products. In any case, it is necessary to open an account with us to buy or to download from creationforge.com, to do so you will have to first agree with the End User License Agreement by clicking on 'Accept Terms and Conditions'.
For instance, only downloadable products are available on creationforge.com, as soon as tangible products appear on creationforge.com, EULA will be extended.

In case of downloadable product, after completion of your transaction, your selected files will be listed on the 'my files' list. Once a file appears on the 'my files' list, it will be available for download during a period of 7 days. No refund will be provided for any downloadable products, but paid files can be redownloaded after expiration by giving us the reason of such a request through our contact page.

Each transaction can be immediate or delayed according to the payment method. In any case, it will appear in the 'order history' but become effective only once payment completed and validated through the payment platform and/or by creationforge.com.

The displayed price includes packaging, marketing, handling, freight and delivery, insurance and any other applicable costs and charges but excluding Value Added Tax.

CREATION FORGE Ltd provides different Payment Methods. These methods are under the responsibility of CREATION FORGE Ltd which may modify this Payment Methods at any time, without prior notice.

By registring with us you can :

    * Purchase products.
    * Download free files from your download list.
    * Post comments without approval.


By registring with us you accept :

    * That your account is personal and can't be shared,
      lent or saled without CREATION FORGE Ltd previous approval.
    * To respect the artists and their License's choice.
    * To not use the informations provided by CREATION FORGE Ltd in any manner that could be an offense to CREATION FORGE Ltd and/or his affiliates and/or his content providers.


Unsuscribe

You have the right to ask for your information to be removed from the site at any time or to ask for your data to be removed from the database.

If you wish to unsubscribe at any time to any information you are receiving via any medium, contact us using the contact page of the web site and using the mail subject 'unsuscribe'

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided whatsoever.
Also in case of cancellation or suspension of your account, damage, destruction or loss of your products, refunds will not be applicable.
